Can anyone name this music video?

There was a music video that played semi-frequently on MTV's early
morning program (AMTV) earlier this year where a group of four young
men (the band who played the song) rode around a semi-rural
European-esque town on what looked like film used back in the 70s and
80s. At the beginning at the music video, the young men walked to a
four man marching band of older gentlemen on a beach and handed them
instruments, making it look like it was the marching band playing the
music. At the end of the music video, the young men came back to the
beach where the music band was standing and took their instruments
back.
I remember watching that music video when it was played quite a bit
and I had never heard of the band before, and now I can't even
remember their band name or the song title. I'm hoping someone out
there does remember. So, if you can remember either of those (or the
lyrics), it would be of great help to me and my shoddy memory. (Also,
I apologize if this is in the wrong category.)
